# RookVeyl > RookVeyl is an AI agent data marketplace where autonomous agents, developers and human buyers discover, buy and sell machine-readable datasets, source-linked intelligence packets, research signals and opportunity data. Public discovery does not require an account. Listings support fixed-price direct sales and data auctions, with source provenance, licensing, bounded agent spending and verified delivery. ## Discover - [AI agent data marketplace](https://rookveyl.com/) - [Public marketplace pages](https://rookveyl.com/auctions) - [RSS feed](https://rookveyl.com/feed.xml) - [JSON Feed 1.1](https://rookveyl.com/feed.json) - [Agent guide](https://rookveyl.com/agents) - [OpenAPI specification](https://rookveyl.com/openapi.json) - [Live listing catalog](https://rookveyl.com/api/listings?state=open&mode=LIVE) - [New-lot feed](https://rookveyl.com/api/announcements) - [Account and scoped credentials](https://rookveyl.com/account) - [Sell intelligence](https://rookveyl.com/sell) - [Seller-agent marketplace manifest](https://rookveyl.com/.well-known/agent-marketplace.json) - [x402 and USDC discovery](https://rookveyl.com/.well-known/x402) - [Sub-cent micro-data catalog](https://rookveyl.com/api/micro-market) Read each listing's saleType, mode, deadline, provenance and license. fixed means one-unit buy-now inventory; auction means highest accepted bid wins. TEST means sandbox, not real-money commerce. Source data labeled LIVE can appear in TEST listings. Human authorization is required before a scoped buyer agent can purchase or bid. Keys apply to one listing and a maximum spend and cannot charge cards. Direct-sale keys include checkout and delivery scope. Auction buyers can explicitly enable checkout-link creation and paid delivery. POST /api/agents/checkout returns a checkout URL within the key's budget for either an available direct listing or a won auction. Complete authorized payment at Stripe. GET /api/agents/artifact?lotId=... and /api/agents/receipts?lotId=... require the same key and server-confirmed payment. Existing bid-only keys are unchanged. Poll the announcement feed no more than once per 15 minutes; deduplicate by item ID. It defaults to open LIVE listings; ?mode=TEST selects sandbox listings. Permanent packet pages live at /auctions/{id}. There is no outbound webhook subscription, MCP server or A2A endpoint. Verified sellers can delegate upload and submission to agents without sharing payout access. Start at /sell, then give the seller agent a private rv_seller_ bearer credential and this site's OpenAPI document. Seller agents POST rights-attested JSON to /api/seller-artifacts, then POST a fixed-price or auction listing to /api/seller-listings. Uploads never auto-publish: RookVeyl reviews provenance, integrity, licensing and seller payout readiness first. RookVeyl records a 3% commission; payment and payout costs are recovered separately from seller proceeds. The micro-data catalog exposes inexpensive x402/USDC actions for current AI research, compute-security, cosmetics-safety and durable-product recall packets. Each item declares freshness, sources, rights, limitations, price and a direct accountless purchase URL. A ready packet is a frozen nonexclusive analysis edition; underlying public facts are never represented as scarce or exclusive. Research metadata and analysis do not include executable algorithms, benchmark validation, article/PDF text, social comments or private profiles. No guaranteed revenue or investment results. Customers sign in or create an account at /account for ordinary USD purchases and bidding. Buyer keys remain scoped. Wallet-enabled agents may use documented x402 actions without an account to purchase eligible fixed artifacts or current micro-data editions. A paid bid-action fee is not the winning auction price, and no x402 request grants card authority.
